Do you carry road bikes or mountain bikes? No, we currently do not carry road bikes or mountain bikes. However, we're happy to refer you to reputable places specializing in these types. Note that we provide service for all bike types, ensuring maintenance, repairs, and tuning.

Do you have a storefront to shop for bikes? Yes, our storefront is located at 511 Eglinton Ave West in Toronto, Ontario. Winter hours are Tuesday by appointment, Wednesday 11 AM - 4 PM, Thursday 1 PM - 9 PM, Friday 11 AM - 4 PM, and Saturday 1 PM - 4 PM. Closed Sunday and Monday. Contact us for appointments outside these hours.

Can I pick up my bike? Yes, you can pick up your bike at 511 Eglinton Avenue West after receiving the 'Your Bike is Ready for Pickup' email or notification.
